The Laboratory of Integrative Multiomics led by Dr. Rasmi Thomas consists of the Host Genomics Section and the Advanced Sequencing Core. The Host Genomics Section is dedicated to understanding how variation in host DNA or RNA affects responses to vaccines, therapeutics and disease outcomes. The Advanced Sequencing Core provides next-generation sequencing (NGS) support to MHRP Scientists and collaborators. These include NGS HLA genotyping, transcriptomics, epigenetics, single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq), as well as immune receptor, whole genome, and microbiome sequencing.
