MHRP
Dr. Juhi Arora is a postdoctoral fellow working with Shelly Krebs at MHRP. Prior to joining MHRP, Dr. Arora completed her PhD from Pennsylvania State University, USA in 2022 where she studied the role of vitamin D in development and regulation of the immune system. Her productivity as is highlighted by her contributions to 9 publications, 1 book chapter leading to several awards including the highly competitive NIH T32 training grant. At MHRP, Dr. Arora is working towards characterization of a signature of 4E10-like MPER targeting monoclonal antibodies against HIV-1 as well as studying the development of MPER targeting VRC42 lineage mAbs in collaboration with Dr. Paul Thomas, Dr. Gordon Joyce, Dr. Rasmi Thomas from MHRP and Dr. Nicole-Doria Rose, Dr. Chaim A Schramm from VRC, NIH. Since joining MHRP, Dr. Arora has presented her work on MPER mAbs at an NIH Immunology workshop and obtained the New Investigator Scholarship for attending CROI in March this year. In her free time, Dr. Arora loves to draw henna tattoos and go for hiking.
